|Recommended: YesEverything is nearby and it feels Comftorbal — Overall its a great place to live in and everything is nearby even schools and stores so we don't need to worry about a store being too far and we have lived here for more than 10 years because it's peaceful and they will do a background check so you know its gonna be really safe and not worry about criminals or anything of that nature.

|Recommended: YesThe sewer bill is a rip off. Need a better way to bill for the sewer bill. 24 for water bill and 90 for sewer. That's too much for the sewer bill with a 24 water bill. — n a
